Some jobs are carried out by more than 1 cleaner for example. There can be times where 2/3 cleaners may attend, however as we price per job rather than per hour, this will not affect the price you pay.
We try our best to keep the same cleaner for each visit but there may be times where another cleaner has to cover the cleaning.
Firstly, contact us the quote request form above, fill in as much detail as you can. We may contact you for more information or arrange a visit to gain a better idea of what is required, will then quote the job and then take it from there.
There are some things we won’t be able to do, unfortunately due to time restrictions as well as insurance reasons. This includes KITCHEN bin emptying. We can’t empty bins due to the risk of contamination as we don’t know what is in them (glass etc.).
We accept bank transfer or cash payments.
We ask for 50% deposit upfront for the first clean on regular cleans and the rest payable on a day of the cleaning. For one of cleans such as Deep Cleans, Singular Cleans etc – we take all payment upfront 72 hours before clean commences .
Cancellation within 72 hours 100% refunded, 48 hours 50% refunded and cancellation within 24 hours unfortunately, means we are unable to return the deposit.

Our normal working days are Mon-Fri. Evenings and weekends are by appointment only for an arranged for extra charge. Please, contact us to discuss.
